Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Management: Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, including recruitment, onboarding, and communication with affiliate partners.
Optimization & Performance Tracking: Analyze affiliate performance using tools like Google Analytics and affiliate tracking software, identifying opportunities for improvement in traffic and conversion rates.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring effective communication, resolving issues, and optimizing partnership strategies.
Negotiation: Negotiate commission structures, terms, and promotional strategies with affiliates to ensure mutual success.
Campaign Development: Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling affiliate promotions, banners, and other marketing materials.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations and best practices, such as FTC guidelines and GDPR.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, providing actionable insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
Trend Monitoring: Stay current with industry trends, affiliate marketing tools, and best practices to ensure the program is competitive and innovative.
