We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our affiliate marketing programs. You will work closely with affiliate partners, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness through affiliate channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Strategy: Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with new and existing affiliate partners.
Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize affiliate campaigns, ensuring they are performing effectively and meeting business goals.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and create detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics.
Content & Promotions: Collaborate with affiliates to create promotional content, banners, and other marketing materials to drive conversions.
Negotiation & Terms: Negotiate commission structures, terms, and incentives with affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
SEO & SEM Optimization: Leverage SEO and SEM strategies to optimize affiliate traffic and performance.
Conversion Rate Optimization: Work with the team to continuously test and improve landing pages, offers, and calls-to-action to increase conversions.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate affiliate marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
Compliance: Ensure affiliates comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Market Research: Conduct research on competitor affiliate programs and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including digital marketing, content, and product teams, to align affiliate marketing strategies with broader business goals.
