Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Clinical Trainer to support our clinical training programs in aesthetics. The successful candidate will assist lead trainers in delivering clinical training, provide guidance and support to students, and help maintain the highest standards of clinical training excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist lead trainers in delivering clinical training programs, including demonstrations, lectures, and hands-on training.
2. Support manual and guide development for training, as well as other types of training aids.
3. Represent the institution at conferences, seminars, and other events to showcase the training programs.
4. Assist in administrative tasks, such as preparing the schedule of training events, keeping records of trainings, and procuring supplies.
5. Assist in coordinating training events, such as conferences, workshops, and seminars.
6. Provide general administrative support to the training department.
Requirements:
1. ., Certification in aesthetics preferably.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in the aesthetics industry, preferably in a clinical or training environment.
3. Strong knowledge of clinical aesthetics, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and procedure execution.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
