We invite application for AY24-25 Academic year for the Foundation faculty positions for MATHS/PHYSICS/CHEMISTRY/BIOLOGY/APTITUDE&LOGICAL Reasoning

Candidate from “South Chennai” with good subject knowledge and passion for teaching are preferred

Good Communication and presentation skills, developing study methodologies, preparation of model questions, Assignments, Practice Questions, Test Papers and Practice Worksheets etc,

The faculties are required complete the syllabus of the designated batches well in time with full satisfaction of students, parents and the management

Contribute in the events, activities, promotional initiatives organized by the management

• Conducting classes for Foundation programs for Grade VI-X in assigned centers of ACHARYA COACHING.

• Developing study material for Foundation programs for Grade VI-X.

• Have a Proven Track Record of Executions/ Implementation faculties with experience.

• Handling Doubt sessions for students

• Knowledge over reviewing and enhancing present study material.

• Developing questions for Assignments, Practice tests, Daily Worksheets etc.

• Should plan to conduct extra classes to help weak students and grill good students.

• Complete entire syllabus of the designated batches well in time with full satisfaction.

• Intention to upgrade the knowledge base by studying new and revised books on subject

• Must have at least one year of teaching experience in a similar field with good track record.

Selection Process:

• Our selection process involves 3 rounds of Interview’s, Candidates shortlisted in each round will be intimated for next round interview. We expect this process to begin from mid-November’2023 to Mid-Febuary’2024. Selected candidates are expected to join the organization not later than Mid-April’2024.

o Round 1 – Written Test (MCQ Type)

o Round 2 – Demonstration to Mentors & Technical Review

o Round 3 – HR discussions
