Any BL/LLB candidates with 0-5 yrs experience and knowledge on Arbitration & EP and court activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Plaints for filing Arbitration cases

• Attending Arbitration Cases as and when cases are posted

• Preparation of ABJ Petitions

• Making regular follow up with Arbitrators/Deputy Registrar of Chits for getting ABJ Orders/Awards

• Preparation of Execution Petitions

• Filing of Execution Petitions in the appropriate Courts

• Making regular follow up with our Panel Advocate for getting Speedy Order from the Execution Courts

• Follow up in Section at Execution Courts

• Making regular follow up with Opponents for settlement of the cases

• Coordinate with Branch Staff members and execute the work regularly
