Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of Plaints for filing Arbitration cases

Attending Arbitration Cases as and when cases are posted

Preparation of ABJ Petitions

Making regular follow up with Arbitrators/Deputy Registrar of Chits for getting ABJ Orders/Awards

Preparation of Execution Petitions

Filing of Execution Petitions in the appropriate Courts

Making regular follow up with our Panel Advocate for getting Speedy Order from the Execution Courts

Follow up in Section at Execution Courts

Making regular follow up with Opponents for settlement of the cases

Coordinate with Branch Staff members and execute the work regularly
