Job Summary:
The Advertising Sales Manager for Cinema Industry is responsible for generating revenue by selling advertising space in cinemas, as well as managing relationships with advertising agencies and clients. This role requires a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement advertising strategies to maximize revenue and meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new advertising opportunities to generate revenue
Develop and execute advertising strategies to maximize revenue and meet company objectives
Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies and clients to ensure ongoing business and repeat business
Negotiate advertising rates and contracts with clients and advertising agencies
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure advertising campaigns are consistent with the brand and meet business goals
Analyze advertising sales data to monitor progress and make recommendations for improvement
Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with advertising trends and opportunities
Provide regular reports to management on advertising revenue and progress
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in advertising sales, preferably in the cinema industry
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
