We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Tour Leader/Travel Expert with excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and fluency in English and Hindi to join our Strode Experiences team.

You will be responsible for guiding and managing a variety of travel experiences, leading small groups of individuals throughout their journey. You will also be responsible for providing expert knowledge of the areas of travel, as well as advise on all practical and cultural matters.

Key responsibilities:

1. Execute the operations of the tour as per the specified requirements and timeline

2. Lead groups to visit off beat, and provide historical background and other information about these sites

3. Ensure the safety of all travelers throughout the duration of the trip

4. Provide support to travelers with any issues they may face during the tour

5. Provide expert guidance and information regarding points of interest, and other cultural and historical information about the region

6. Interact and liaise with local authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure the best possible experience for the travelers

7. Monitor and manage daily activities and ensure all travelers are accounted for at all times

8. Resolve any conflicts that may arise and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

9. Work with the team to ensure all travelers are satisfied with their experience

10. Provide feedback and reports to management regarding any issues encountered during the tour
