Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to increase leads and conversions.
Targeted Ad Strategy: Develop targeted ad strategies using audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting to achieve business goals.
Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad copy and visuals that align with the brands objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics (., CTR, CPC, CPA) and provide actionable insights for optimization and improvement.
Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets to ensure high ROAS and efficient use of resources.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to continuously optimize campaign performance.
Stay Updated on Trends: Stay current on social media trends, Facebook algorithm changes, and new ad features to maintain best practices.
Performance Reporting: Develop and present reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. (Preferably interior design or architecture background)
3-5 years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram paid ad campaigns, preferably within the interior design and fit out industry.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads, with experience in audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
