Admission & Business Development Manager
Partnerships/ Business development- In this role, you will reach out to potential partners in the education sector, such as pre -schools, daycare centers, etc to start our afterschool classes. Once the center is onboard with us, you will be starting the center with a minimum of 5 kids enrolled for one batch. Your goal is to maximise revenue from each centre by introducing more batches and children per batch.
Student Enrolment You will be responsible for planning the events to generate leads for that center. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities and events to increase student enrollments. Cover the online leads created through our online campaigns .
Retention & Collections You will be required to manage relationship with all key stakeholders- parents, teachers and the centre partner.. You need to ensure customer retention and up selling to existing students .Generate referrals. This is a role that will include working from home and traveling.
The work location is East Pune.- VN, Kn, kharadi
South Pune - Undri hadapsar and magarpatta, kondwa
Requirements
Prior sales experience in the education sector is mandatory.
