Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with information about our programs, and helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career paths. The Admission Counsellor will be the first point of contact for prospective students and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Engagement:

Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Provide detailed information about Skillsquad's programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities.

Conduct informational sessions, webinars, and campus tours (if applicable).

Application Assistance:

Guide prospective students through the application process, including form completion, document submission, and deadlines.

Review and assess application materials to ensure they meet the admission criteria.

Provide feedback and support to applicants to enhance their application quality.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners.

Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and address any concerns they may have.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement outreach strategies
