The ideal candidate will have a strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment, be able to empathize with students and parents, and be able to build relationships through conversations. Responsibilities: Provide counseling and guidance to students and parents on educational options and opportunities. Convert leads into sales by effectively presenting our programs and services. Use CRM to track and manage leads, conversions, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication and follow-ups. Achieve targets and sales goals.
