Student Engagement
Initiate outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about the institute's programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
Respond to inbound inquiries from potential students via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with prospective students by actively listening to their needs and concerns.
Information Dissemination
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the institute's courses, curriculum, faculty, facilities, and other relevant details.
Address inquiries related to program specifics, tuition fees, scholarship opportunities, and any other aspects of the education offerings.
Application Assistance
Assist potential students in completing and submitting application forms, ensuring all necessary documents and information are provided.
Guide students through the application process, including explaining deadlines, required documents, and steps involved.
Follow-up and Conversion
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to track their progress in the application process.
Convert inquiries into successful applications by addressing doubts, concerns, and objections in a persuasive and empathetic manner.
Database Management
Keep detailed and accurate records of interactions with students in the institute's CRM system.
Update student information, communication history, and application status.
Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the admissions team, faculty, and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless enrolment process.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about program updates and improve counselling skills.
