Key Responsibilities:
Receives and reviews requests.
Processes applications and requests in a timely and accurately fashion
Continually liaise with students /agents on the phone and through email
Reviews records and reports for accuracy and corrects any issues
Prepares reports and distributes them electronically
Maintains confidentiality of all records
May perform any other functions associated with enrolment of students in organization
Supports filing of documents & other records
Partnering
Coordinates with other persons within the Team to ensure effective and efficient operations and resolve issues that may occur
Communication
Responds to inquiries from team members
Corresponds both orally and in writing with internal and external parties
Company Contribution
Assists with related special projects, as and when required
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in business or a related field; and / or 2-plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
An experience in the field of business of foreign education would be an added advantage.
Experience Guidelines:
0-1 years of related work experience
Ability to write business correspondence and procedures
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of people
