Should coordinate the admissions process of the new applicants.
Should handle the applications received & streamline their interviews or entrance tests.
Should be able to assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the application process.
Should be well versed in handling the applications and other forms of correspondence from prospective students in a cooperative and positive manner.
Should administer other stages in the application to the admission process. This may include preparing,maintaining & floating offer letters.
Maintaining the entire system and process to ensure that admission data is recorded and acted upon appropriately.
Desired work experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in School relationships or Admissions, preferably in a reputed Institute/ College/ University or Edutech company.
Qualifications Required :
Minimum Qualification required graduation degree.
Having 3 - 5 years of experience as an Admission Manager (operations) or related position.
Experience in mass communication , fashion , media , animation , music , designing will be an added advantage.
Should have experience with MS office and other admission tools.
