The job description for Counselor is as follows:

Mentoring students to select appropriate programs

Counseling of all walk-ins and effective follow up

Counseling clients. Acquisition of new Clients and follow up with existing clients

Explaining course structure, admission eligibility & placement

Providing information about different visa process over calls, emails and walk-ins

Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

Preparing activity reports & sales reports

Should able to handle entire Sales Development Cycle

Meet revenue and bottom line targets

Maximizing Conversion ratio

Target oriented and self-motivated

Experience in health care sector and education domain is an added advantage
