Counselling Students and explaining admission procedures and courses offered to Prospective students through the BPO Software process. Conversion of inquiries into Admissions. Making follow-ups.

Preferred: -Female candidate

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Location: Anywhere (India) like - Delhi, Noida, Lucknow, Patna, etc...

Compensation: Negotiable

Education: MBA / Any Graduate

Working Mode: BPO (Tele Counselor) Work from Home Permanently

Role: As Counseling Executive

Working Hours: am to pm

Desired Candidate Profile and Key Responsibilities:

The job is to call Parents / Students from the data provided by the company. You have to convince Parents / Students to study at the Top University/ Colleges of India telephonically. Explain the details of the university/ colleges like Fee Structure, Curriculum, Infrastructure etc. Handling Admission inquiries and getting the enrollments done, performing counselling and career guidance for Parents / Students, Converting into Admissions. Resolving candidate queries relating to university/ colleges Location, Budget and Complete Admission Process.

And also give them information about the higher study like B. Tech, , BCA, Hotel Management etc. Course through Scholarship/Student Credit Card Scheme (Only Bihar Student)

Role Definition

seeking talented, sales-oriented professionals to build a strong student admissions team. As the Admissions Counsellor, you will be responsible for:

1. End to end management and conversion of student leads received

2. Initial qualification of the leads via calling

3. Speaking with students and parents to understand their needs and accordingly explain the benefits of the product, answer questions etc.

4. Taking the student and parents through the appropriate sales journey
