Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced International Sales - Admission Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and admissions for UpGrad's global programs. You will work closely with prospective students from the APAC region, guiding them through the enrollment process and helping them make informed decisions about their education and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive international sales efforts for UpGradās programs, focusing on the APAC region.
Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored guidance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Achieve sales targets and performance metrics through effective sales strategies and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience for students.
Key Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
Proven track record in sales with strong performance metrics.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of the APAC market and cultural nuances.
Passion for customer service and helping students achieve their educational goals.
Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
