We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage administrative tasks and provide essential support to our staff, parents, and students.

Responsibilities:

Manage office supplies inventory. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

Maintain and update administrative databases and records.

Welcome visitors, parents, and students warmly and direct them as needed.

Explain the course details to parents

Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.

Assist in student enrolment processes, including collecting and processing registration forms.

Coordinate student activities and events in collaboration with teachers and staff.

Assist in organizing staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
