Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Admission Counselor to join our inside sales team. The Admission Counselor will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information on courses, programs, and the benefits of joining our institution. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build relationships with potential students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification:

Contact prospective students who have shown interest in the institution through online inquiries, phone calls, and email campaigns.

Qualify leads based on their academic interests, preferences, and goals.

Provide detailed information about academic programs, admission requirements, and the overall benefits of studying at the institution.

Counseling & Guidance:

Offer expert counseling to prospective students and their families to help them choose the right programs based on their interests, academic background, and career aspirations.

Address student queries regarding admission procedures, fees, scholarship options, and deadlines.

Guide students through the entire admission process, from application submission to final enrollment.

Sales & Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress using CRM software.

Follow up with leads who have not yet completed their applications and encourage them to finalize their enrollment.

Database Management & Follow-ups:

Track and manage all student inquiries in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.

Keep students engaged and informed throughout the admission process via calls, emails, and messages.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Work closely with other departments (marketing, administration, academic staff) to ensure a smooth admission process for students.
