Work Timing: 9:00 AM 6:30 PM (Weekly Off)

Salary Range: 18,000 35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admission Counselor to join our team at our Gurgaon & Delhi centers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, expertise in the education sector, and strong Excel reporting abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents about our courses, admission process, and career opportunities.

Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing detailed information.

Guide students in selecting the right courses based on their career goals.

Maintain and update student records and admission reports using Excel.

Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes.

Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, school/college visits, and webinars.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in the education sector as an admission counselor or similar role.

Languages: Proficient in English & Hindi (verbal & written).

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel reporting.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the education system, admission processes, and student counseling techniques.
