Job Overview: The Admission Counselor is responsible for managing the school's admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, by fostering positive relationships with prospective students and their parents. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to present the schools unique features and assist in the selection process.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Admission:

Actively promote the school to prospective parents through various channels (phone calls, emails, school tours, events, etc.).

Organize and participate in open houses, school fairs, and other outreach events to attract potential students.

Follow up with parents who have expressed interest in the school and guide them through the admission process.

Admissions Process Management:

Respond to inquiries from prospective parents in a timely and professional manner.

Guide parents through the application process, ensuring that all necessary documents are submitted.

Schedule and conduct school tours, interviews, and assessments with potential students and their parents.

Work closely with academic staff to assess and interview prospective students to ensure a proper fit with the school.

Database & Record Management:

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admission decisions in the admissions management system.

Regularly update admissions databases and generate reports for the school leadership.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admission procedures.

Coordinate with marketing to ensure promotional materials are updated and aligned with the schools values and mission.

Coordinate with the Social media team for designing of marketing collaterals, marketing engagements and their outcomes.

Communication:

Maintain regular communication with prospective parents throughout the admissions cycle.
