Duties
As a member of the Admissions Team, the Admissions Counsellor contributes to the
development and growth through multifaceted roles.
Single Point of Contact for the Student: Admissions Counsellor will be the single point of
contact from the time the student enrols for the package service, until the pre-departure
stage. All queries, concerns, follow-ups, e-mails, and communication of the student will
be handled by the assigned Counsellor.
Database Update - A major part of your job will be understanding University Requirements
clearly and updating our internal University-Course Database accordingly.
Apart from that, Admissions Counsellor will provide end-to-end support for the student
through the below stages:
*On-Boarding - Conducting Orientation, Counselling the students, and explaining the
complete process.
University Shortlisting - Shortlisting of universities based on the student profile and
preferences
*Documentation - Ensuring preferences/requirements are submitted on time. Coordinating
with the Content Writers, follow-up as and when required.
*Applications - Complete responsibility with regard to their Applications, filling up of
applications, document verification, document uploading, application submission, follow
up with Universities, updating status, and maintaining records.
*Post-Admission - Providing Post-Admission support (as required).
*Pre-Departure - Providing Support for Pre-Departure (as required).
Counsellor Aim - To achieve 100% Student Satisfaction.
Requirements
● Excellent Spoken and Written English skills.
● Strong analytical skills.
