Roles and responsibility for Admin Executive
Sales Support:
�� Provide administrative support to the sales team in the day-to-day execution of their duties.
�� Assist in the preparation of sales & daily update for Collection, Walkin and New sessions.
Sales Calls and Follow-up Support:
�� Assist the sales team in managing daily lead��s for CAD,CAM,CAE and GATE sales calls.
�� Coordinate and schedule follow-up activities with daily collection or walkin.
�� Maintain a log of sales calls, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Sales Reporting:
�� Generate and analyse sales reports (walkin, collection and registration).
�� Assist in preparing sales monthly forecasts and performance metrics.
Student Counselling:
�� Facilitate student counselling services, offering guidance and support for academic, and career-related concerns.
Remote Team Collaboration:
�� Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members located in different geographic areas.
�� Foster a sense of unity and teamwork by organizing virtual team-building activities or regular check-ins.
Student Enrolment and Admission Support:
�� Support the admission process by processing applications, verifying documentation, and communicating with prospective students.
�� Assist in organizing orientation programs for new students.
Course Scheduling:
�� Coordinate and schedule weekdays and weekend courses, ensuring optimal use of resources and faculty availability.
�� Handle changes to the academic schedule and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Reviews Collection:
�� Implement a system for collecting feedback and reviews from students regarding academic services and programs.
Communication with Stakeholders:
�� Communicate with students, faculty, and parents regarding academic matters like (batch allocation, time schedule).
�� Address inquiries and provide information on academic policies and procedures.
