Roles & Responsibilities

Handling walk-ins/enquiries/calls/correspondence. Converting them into admissions. Achieving enrollment targets each month across various grades.

Showing the school to prospective parents and giving all necessary information.

Follow up for conversion of enquiries into registrations & registrations into admissions. Regular communication and follow up.

Effective implementation of admission strategies

Brand building and positioning events to achieve long term growth and attain market leadership

Ensuring receipt of all necessary student information. Maintaining month wise data of prospective parents/enquiries

Preparing various admission related reports. Report of each promotional event, participation in exhibition etc.

All functions of Admissions Department as and when required
