Job Profile: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Outbound Calls: Initiating outbound calls to potential customers or clients with the aim of selling products or services. This involves cold calling as well as following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.

Product Knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the products or services being sold to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.

Building Rapport: Building rapport and trust with prospects to understand their needs, address objections, and persuade them to make a purchase.

Sales Techniques: Applying sales techniques and closing techniques to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.

Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the organization. This involves managing time effectively and prioritizing efforts to achieve optimal results.

Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
