Admission Counselling (Female Candidates Required)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Counselling officer to join our team at West

Highlander.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Identify prospective customers, lead prospecting (Inside sales) and conversion.

 Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their immigration goals,

background, and eligibility for visas.

 Present suitable immigration solutions and services based on the client's profile and

preferences.

 Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on the progress of their

applications.

 Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide timely responses.

 Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned

 Increase the number of qualified leads and potential clients in the sales pipeline.

 Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.

 Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

 Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their

needs.

 Regularly follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and move them through the sales

process.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Minimum bachelor��s degree

 Excellent counselling and consultative sales skills

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients from

diverse backgrounds.

 Excellent negotiation skills required.

 Problem-solving ability to address clients' challenges.

 Ethical and responsible conduct in guiding clients through the immigration process.
