Job Description:

1. Enroll students for career linked paid training courses.

2. Engaging the students, their parents, and the authorities for career planning.

3. Counsel candidates about the employment opportunities available for them

4. Should be constantly looking out for new areas and potential pockets for trainee admissions in order to create a funnel in advance large demand for training.

5. Achieve placement targets, takes responsibility of placement of trained candidates.

6. Create new placement partnerships with corporate.

7. Good network in HR Community, track record of working with senior HR professionals and successfully placing trained students.

8. In-depth knowledge of corporate hiring trends.

9. Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu languages.

10. Good knowledge about MS Office.

11. Should be able to adapt to the work environment and flexible to conduct any other tasks.
