We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and administration duties. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

Job Responsibilities
Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system with setting up conference calls as per the requirements
Greet people entering the building, answer any questions, provide directions, and alert staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
Accept deliveries with Courier Service management, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure they get to the recipient promptly while also managing outgoing mail and packages for official work pickups
Manage the log of who is entering and exiting the office premises
Reservation of Meeting rooms and their management as per the requirements
Taking care of all administrative work related to the CMD like maintaining his general and personnel records, documents flow, reports, attending visitors & directing them as per their requirements.
Responsible to maintain employee records while exiting and entry of employees from the organization
