Job Description

We are hiring an Administrator for the Facilities/Project/Operations role. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this position requires providing efficient administrative support to the project and facilities manager. Key responsibilities include preparing billing information, assisting with O&M manual preparation, coordinating handover documentation, presenting quotations, managing financial aspects, generating reports, maintaining auditable records, and handling general office duties. The successful candidate should have a certificate or diploma in administration, at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency in administrative and financial tasks.
