The role requires:
- A high attention to detail.
- A good level of English.
- Good knowledgeof MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. (training provided)
- Able to work at speed/ high volumes.
- A quick learner – able to pick up and deploy new skills.
- Someone who goes the extra mile and gives 100% of their efforts.
- Reacts quickly to new work and completing tasks.
- A proactive approach and eager to improve and streamline processes.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Some of the Main Duties
(Below is an outline of what we are looking for, obviously the role would start with specific tasks and over time grow as more and more training is provided and experience is gained)
- Sending new business email to clients
- Market research of new and existing clients
- Cross Checking company database
- Data Entry and Uploading Files to an Internal CRM System
- Adding Clients/Contacts to the CRM System from internal company documents
- Keeping accurate records and storing data in the correct ways.
- Adding and Positing job advertisements to and from the CRM system
- Carrying out candidate database searches.
- Proof reading and error checking of documents/ text
