Knowledge of Tally and Excel is must
Keeps financial records to track the group companys, their directors or partners and trusts, profit and loss, cash flow, bookkeeping knowledge, and other financial activities.
Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to group companys, their directors or partners and trusts procedures.
Candidate is responsible for all the entries pertaining to Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Profit-and-loss statements, and Expense reports.
Additional Duties: Record keeping, Account reconciliation and Data entry
Monitoring of Petty cash expenses.
Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
Preferred with commerce knowledge and must have good communicating skills
Able to join immediately.
Devise and maintain office filing system
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
