Give assistance to senior HR staff for staff related work like maintaining records of the new joinees and helping in ensuring the joining process for the new employee.
Proper communication maintenance with all third party. This includes assisting them with any their work with the required assistance.
Understanding important office orders and processes/protocols and making sure that they followed the projects.
Basic banking communication when required and fulfilling any urgent paper work.
Handling branches and agencies/associates working, opening and closing according to the protocols decided.
