Principal Accountability:
Work closely with Line Manager for executing the tasks and providing an accurate update
Act as a backup to Line Manager as an when required
Role & responsibilities: -
Internal Activities
Participate in meeting when asked; take & share memos of the meeting in a way that captures all the details of the meeting
Ensure personal documents and files that are assigned to you are maintained accurately
Ensure a good filing system for easy recall
Attending to various clerical and administrative tasks as and when assigned
Identify and connect with 3rd party service providers, as required by the tasks.
Manage 3rd party service providers in order to ensure the service rendered by them is timely and of good quality
Liaison with travel desk / external agencies to execute any travel related tasks
Scheduling appointments and preparing presentation material for meetings
Ensure deadlines are met by internal and 3rd parties to keep the ball moving forward
Ensure a good tracking system for assigned tasks
Provide daily/timely updates for work assigned by Line Manager
Working closely with Line Manager to manage the travel arrangements for Chairman + Family
Research
Conduct thorough research as and when assigned and of best quality.
Brainstorm for ideas & innovate as needed by the Projects.
