Managing schedules: Managing the daily schedules and appointments for the executive team
Handling communication: Answering phone calls, emails, and letters, and responding to and managing all incoming and outgoing communication
Supporting teams: Supporting various teams within the organization, such as human resources, finance, and marketing
Preparing documents: Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
Managing office supplies: Managing office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking
Planning events: Planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences
Maintaining equipment: Maintaining office equipment, such as computers and copy machines / AMC / Servicing
Helping with hiring: Helping with hiring and onboarding new employees if your company doesn't have a human resources department
Managing filing systems: Overseeing physical and digital filing systems to ensure that files are located quickly
Welcoming visitors: Welcoming visitors to the office
Directing projects: Directing various administrative projects
Providing administrative support: Providing administrative support to staff members and MD Residence
