Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to support the sales department and oversee team operations. This role involves coordinating administrative activities, managing sales support tasks, and assisting in team oversight to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience in a sales environment, and the ability to lead and motivate team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Administration Support:

Assist in preparing and managing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Coordinate with the sales team to organize customer data, manage CRM records, and ensure data accuracy.

Handle communication with clients on behalf of the sales team and resolve routine inquiries.

Team Coordination and Oversight:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the sales team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring that team members have the necessary resources.

Provide support in tracking team performance and individual contributions to help achieve sales targets.

Act as the point of contact for the sales team for administrative support, resolving issues, and promoting a productive work environment.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement improvements in administrative processes to enhance team efficiency.

Develop and refine internal processes to streamline operations within the sales department.

Provide input on tools or software that may improve reporting, tracking, or communication within the team.

Sales Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Maintain up-to-date records of all sales-related activities, contracts, and client communications.

Ensure that documentation related to team activities and client interactions is organized, accessible, and compliant with company policies.

Resource Management:

Coordinate office resources and materials for the sales team, including maintaining inventory of sales tools, promotional materials, and administrative supplies.
