Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide support to lawyers at the company. if required ( not mandatory)

Maintain a calendar by scheduling conferences, depositions, and meetings.

Knowledge of drafting for court proceedings and type minutes/drafting circular/complaints letter and so on.

Organize all legal/paralegal/property documents and ensure they are updated.

Should have sound knowledge of search Property related documents as per different states/Govt Bodies’ rules & regulations.

Research and authenticate important case information.

Should Perform daily routine tasks in the admin deptt assigned by the management.

Prepare different documents related to working contracts, sale deeds, purchase deeds, lease deeds, etc.
