Roles Responsibilities:-
Answering Directing phone calls, taking, organizing and distributing messages/correspondence.
Maintaining Company Schedules.
Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
Scheduling meetings and conferences.
Typing, preparing and collating reports.
Organizing documents and paperwork and maintaining a filing system.
Organising servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
Managing databases all Lists like Insurance, Credit Cards etc.
Prioritising workloads.
Liasing / coordinating with relevant organisations and clients - Manufacturing Party's, Trade Marks, Company Secretary.
Working in a receptionist capacity to greet clients, customers and visitors.
Answering calls.
Supervising Staff new Employees.
Implementing administrative procedures.
Skill Set Required:-
Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite (WORD EXCEL MUST).
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Excellent Follow Up Skills.
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
Professional Level Verbal And Written Communications Skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
