JOB TITLE Executive Administrative /front Desk Executive

We are looking for a candidate who is flexible to commute at the locations Gurgaon (Haryana).( Only Female)

Responsibilities

· Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings

· Manage diary and schedule meetings

· Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders

· emails & correspondence, internally and externally, replying on Directors behalf as may be required.

· Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.

· Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and Power Point Presentations.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· Excellent MS Office knowledge

· Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

· Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant /Front Desk Executive

Probation Three months

Salary Compensation

Monetary compensation up to20,000 to 25,000 per month (Non-negotiable) Only Female
