1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
2. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately.
3. Providing Welcome Kits to the New Joinees.
4. Issuing Biometric Codes to the New Joinees.
5. Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
6. Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
7. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
8. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
9. Coordinating with Vendors for various admin related purposes.
