1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

2. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately.

3. Providing Welcome Kits to the New Joinees.

4. Issuing Biometric Codes to the New Joinees.

5. Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

6. Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.

7. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

8. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

9. Coordinating with Vendors for various admin related purposes.

11. Coordinate with IT personnel for any kind of Computer related issues

12. Taking handover of all the stationeries or assets (like mobile phones, laptop etc.) from the employees during exit procedure.

13. Assist with the organization of company events and meetings.

14. Handle confidential information with discretion.

15. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
