ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Responsible for day to day activities, ensuring smooth running of the office
Responsible to make reports and data sheets on Excel.
Maintaining the List of all company products.
Regular updates of trackers.
Maintaining the List of everyday contacts / Company Connects / Courier / Regular Clients.
Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.
Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate persons.
Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
Preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
Regular follow-up of all leads & enquiries.
Will need to travel and meet all Clients and working team acc. to the requirement.

• Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.

• Should have a good knowledge of Advance Excel. Should be able to draft & send effective Business Mails.
• Should be able to multi – task.
