Job Description

1. Degree or Equivalent

2. Any additional qualification in management studies is desirable Experience:

- Must have a pleasant personality.

- Freshers are also eligible, but with good communication skills

ARDP is looking for a smart, dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our Admin team. The job demands a willingness to learn and stretch outside of your comfort zone.

1. Command in spoken and written English with good communication abilities. Familiar with local language is required.

2. Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)

3. Interpersonal, administration and organization skills.

4. Ability to coordinate with company officials and visitors.

5. Handling complete front office related assignments.

6. Operating system and answering the phone calls made and redirecting them to the concerned officials and departments.

7. Effective handling of inbound and outbound

8. Maintaining attendance records.
