Job Description

Develop placement preparation activities that provide guidance to the students for campus placement.

Responsible for the placement of candidates in the relevant industry as per the project requirement.

Organizing campus placements in our partnership training center's

Maintaining constant interaction with top industry managers across the leading companies.

Driving tie-ups with top-notch companies for manpower/training requirements.

Organizing guest lecturers/workshops/seminars with the help of staff from various organizations.

Tracking the performance of our candidates working in the various companies for checking their attendance, collecting placement documents, and taking feedback.

Qualification & Skills Required

Should possess excellent marketing and communication skills.

Should have the ability to independently organize and manage placement activities.

Strong admin and mentoring skills.

Excellent presentation skills.

A growth mindset and excellent networking abilities
