Urgent Hiring!!! We are hiring Admin officer for one of the reputed NGO / Social Services / Industry Associations situated at Delhi.

Minimum experience – 3 year, Qualification – Graduate or MBA, Language – English and Hindi, Salary – 25 to 30K per month, Gender – Male/Female, Age – max 30, Good written and verbal communication skills, Good knowledge of Mail, MS office (Excel and Word)

Job Description

1. Coordinate of all office activities

2. Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role.

3. Manage office supplies stock, maintain filing and place orders accordingly

4. Answer queries of employees and clients, track correspondence

5. Prepare different MIS reports as assigned, Must have good computer knowledge

6. Arrange travel and accommodations, Schedule in-house and external events

7. Review of invoices from admin vendors, payment coordination

Early joining (7-15 days) candidate will be preferred, desired person should have passion to profession, Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills including ability to build relationships internally and externally.
