Job Summary:

The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the administrative department, ensuring that all administrative functions are performed efficiently and effectively. This role involves managing administrative staff, optimizing office processes, and supporting the organizations operational needs. The Admin Manager will play a key role in maintaining a productive work environment and implementing best practices for administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.

Staff Management: Supervise and support administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and other administrative personnel. Provide training, set performance goals, and conduct performance evaluations.

Process Improvement: Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Continuously evaluate and improve administrative processes.

Budget Management: Assist in managing the administrative budget, including monitoring expenditures, approving purchases, and ensuring cost-effective practices.
