1. Responsible for the complete functioning of day-to-day activities. (Internal Coordination with the all the restaurant branches)
2. Monitor restaurants Stationary, Pantry, housekeeping supplies and IT purchases.
3. Monitor monthly budget and cost for restaurant infrastructure AMC, restaurant equipment, housekeeping / facilities management.
4. Staff training / briefings (at restaurants) to be monitored and ensure is done in all the outlets on daily basis, Outlets in charge to report if the staff is not groomed while reporting to duty
5. Ensure that daily video of the setup of the outlets to be sent including Kitchen by In-charge of the outlets for both the duty shifts

7. Responsible for overall maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment Office space, chairs, laptops, desktops, printers, air conditioners etc.
8. Keep track of AMC, rentals, telecommunications and WiFi bills, etc.
9. Ensure housekeeping / facilities services are on track.
10. Compliances to office administration like drafting rental agreements, property tax, insurances (people and property etc)
11. Outbound calls for vendors and clients.
