Job Title: Admin Lead
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Admin Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with other departments, and supervising administrative staff. Candidates with experience in Google Sheet or Excel automation will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure smooth workflow
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
Supervise and train administrative staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
Provide support to senior management as required
Automate administrative processes using Google Sheet or Excel
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Prior experience in an administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
Experience in Google Sheet or Excel automation will be preferred
