JD-
1. End-to-end housekeeping, staff management with optimum efficiency in hiring / sourcing manpower for grade 4 employees as per job role pre-requisites.
2. Timely maintenance of electrical systems (AC, Air purifiers/ gensets/ etc.) and ensuring regular compliance with safety norms.
3. Experience in crisis management and problem-solving.
4. Maintaining office files and record-keeping in an organized manner.
5. Vendor management and procurement of required items as per need-basis.
6. Take pro-active initiate in cost savings and suggest equivalent alternatives to enhance the same.
7. Good research capabilities for finding solutions to new problems.
8. Knowledge of sourcing land/plots/apartments for the use of company and owners.
9. Scrutinizing the land deals and facilitating property registration with knowledge of local laws of
states where property is being bought or sold. Preparing all agreements related to the same.
10. Good in drafting general contracts /sale deeds and other agreements pertaining to
vendors / contractors and other third party agencies.
11. Liasoning with Govt agencies, Municipal bodies, Police etc..
12. Take responsibility of timely maintenance of cars.
