Job responsibilities:
1. Housekeeping Management:
Manage the daily operation of Housekeeping services to ensures offices, conference room, meeting room, Directors cabins, pantry area and other specified area are kept in clean and orderly condition and
recommend upgrade when needed
2. Security & Data Privacy Management:
Monitoring surveillance camera on daily basis and ensure proper functioning of all camera Ensure safety of
all important documents, files and cheque books
Management:
Proper handling and managing of office keys of Director cabins, office main gate, conference room and
meeting room Maintaining and ensuring safety of all assign keys. 4. Consignment Management:
Taking care of Dispatch of local and international shipment. keeping records for incoming and outgoing
couriers in Courier Register Arrange and manage international shipment through DHL Import Service and
Export Service
5. Correspondence Management
Receiving and Handling of incoming calls and emails, take messages, respond appropriately and route
correspondence to concerned person
6. Invoice Management
Maintaining monthly Vendors Invoices in MIS Sheet Do cross verification of invoices & ensure timely
payment of Invoices for uninterrupted services
7. Vendor Management
Maintain and update vendor list on regular basis Coordination and follow up with Vendors for Rates
negotiation and delivery of Services
8. Office Inventory Management
Monitoring of office utilities, Inventories, Assets and equipment Maintain list of office inventory in Inventory
register. Ensure smooth functioning of Office assets
9. Stock Management
Monitor and maintain office supply. Allocate office stationery and maintain availability of stationery in Stock.
