● Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
● Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons ( electricians)
● Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper inventory levels
● Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning
etc.)
● Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
● Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
● Support with recruiting, training and development of staff
● Logistics & arrangement of meetings for visitor(s)
● Look after the Invoice process- timely generation of invoices, submission, payments,
returns, GST, documentation etc.
● Perform administrative duties (MIS/report preparation)
● Arranging and scheduling logistics like travel itineraries and related activities (flights,
train tickets, hotels, car rentals etc.) through the company's travel systems
● Oversee the Vendor and asset management.
